Cat Activity Fun Board Competition - Terms and Conditions

Method of Entry

  • All instructions relating to the entry form part of the conditions.
  • Entry is open only to metropolitan Victorian residents.
  • Employees of Animal Hospitals of Australia and their immediate families are ineligible.
  • A valid email address must be provided to enter and entry is restricted to one entry per valid email address.
  • By entering this competition, your email address will be subscribed to receive Animal Hospitals of Australia newsletters and communications. Recipients can unsubscribe at anytime by using the unsubscribe link provided on Animal Hospitals of Australia communications.
  • All valid email addresses submitted during the promotional period will be entered into the prize draw.
  • The competition opens on Monday 14th March 2011 and closes on Thursday 30th June 2011 at 9:00am.

Prizes

  • One lucky winner will win the Cat Activity Fun Board. The prize winner will be required to visit the clinic during opening hours to claim their prize.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The competition organiser will not be held responsible for any expenditure incurred or damage made by the recipients of the prize, nor will they be held responsible for any injury or loss or damage to the prize recipient or their property.

Winner Notification

  • The prize draw will take place at the administration office. Winners will be notified by phone or email.

Final Conditions

  • The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. No responsibility will be accepted for late, or misdirected entries.
  • We are not responsible for any technical malfunction or telephone problems associated with sending or receiving any communication relating to this competition.
  • We will not disclose an email address collected for the purposes of this competition to other parties.
  • All entries will be the property of the organiser.
