The past month has been an eventful month, with both good and sad news to share. Beginning with the good news, our nurse Adam has returned after a week off to get married. The day went as planned and he is now a proud hubby of wife Mel. We pass on our congratulations to him on tying the knot!

In other news, our head nurse Sally has resigned from her position to travel around Australia. Sally started working at Essendon earlier this year and has been a great asset and a hard worker from day one. We wish her all the best and will miss her dearly. Taking Sal's place is Penny who has been nursing for almost 4 years, so keep a close eye out for her next time you visit the clinic and introduce yourself!

We have also adopted a new clinic cat. You may sometimes see her wandering around the clinic, but generally she prefers to sleep most of the day inside the towel cupboard or on top of the xray table (whilst it is not in use of course). Her previous owners named her Puss and we think it may just be easier to keep calling her that. If you see her around feel free to give her a pat, she is very affectionate.
